🔒 Confidentiality

We understand that confidentiality is fundamental to encourage people to submit communications to the ethical channel. We guarantee absolute confidentiality throughout the process and protect the identity of the whistleblower to the extent permitted by law. This includes the possibility of sending information anonymously.

⚖️ Impartial investigation process

Once a communication is submitted, our team of expert channel managers will thoroughly investigate the matter objectively and diligently in accordance with internal regulations and applicable legislation. Throughout the process, the rights of those involved will be respected, in particular the presumption of innocence.

🛡️ Protection against retaliation

We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against whistleblowers in good faith. We are committed to safeguarding the rights and integrity of those who dare to report any irregularities. We will take appropriate disciplinary action against any individual who retaliates against a whistleblower.

⏱️ Diligence

Channel managers will diligently process the information communicated to them. In any case, the necessary decision will be made within a maximum period of three months, except in cases of special complexity that require an extension of the deadline, in which case it may be extended to a maximum of another three additional months.

✅ Resolution and follow-up

Once the investigation is concluded, we will take the necessary actions to address the identified problem and, when possible, we will take corrective measures to prevent future irregularities. In addition, we commit to keeping the whistleblower informed about the progress and resolution of their communication, whenever possible and permitted by law.

1. Download the co-resol app, accepting notifications. It is free and available on the App Store and Google Play.

3. Select the button of the channel to which you want to send the communication.
4. Write your message or leave a voice note, being as specific as possible. You can attach both images and documentation.
5. Identify yourself or select the anonymity option. In either case, you must accept the Privacy Policy.
6. Once you have completed these steps, a message will appear on screen as an acknowledgment of receipt of your click.
7. Communication for follow-up of the click will be carried out through a secure chat (you can access it from the chat button on the app's home screen) until it is closed.

3. Write your message or leave a voice note, being as specific as possible. You can attach both images and documentation.

5. In this case, along with the acknowledgment of receipt, a unique Identifier and PIN for the sent click will appear on screen, which you must save separately for security, to maintain later communication, through a secure chat, about the status of your click.
6. Each time you want to know if you have a new message in the chat, or if you want to provide more information, you must go to the home link https://canalco-resol.com press the "Access a previous click" button and enter the code INI6, as well as the Identifier and PIN you had saved.
